After working on their Bladerunner event, Secret Cinema approached Feast It to curate a line-up of street food suppliers for their production 'Secret Cinema Presents...Casino Royale'. Casino Royale was an unbelievable production, with 1,500 guests attending each of its 80 shows. Feast It was heavily involved in the creative process, working closely with the suppliers to match their menus, set-up, and costumes to the specific themes.

The team also handled all supplier-related logistical operations such as managing power requirements, supplier placement at the venue, and overseeing load-in and de-rig. Feast It provided an on-site event manager for the duration of the residency to oversee the smooth running of the event. 

## Going The Extra Mile

We worked closely with the Secret Cinema team to curate a line-up of suppliers to fit their creative brief. In order to fit with the tight show timings, suppliers were selected for the event based on their ability to turn around a high number of portions per hour, keeping queue times at a minimum whilst maintaining the Feast It standard of quality. Suppliers were able to be creative in order to match the specific themes, which involved adapting their set-up to fit with the set-design, and appointing staff with specific uniforms. 

We were able to learn from the unrivalled levels of data collected through our EPOS systems on a daily basis. We used this data to spot trends and worked closely with our suppliers to continuously improve their menu offerings to best suit the event attendees. This included adding and removing specific menu-items in order to drive sales.

The Virgin Sport Hackney Festival of Fitness is one of the most popular sporting events in the UK. The event takes place each year across a weekend in May and includes the Hackney Half Marathon on the Sunday, which brings in huge crowds of 60,000 to celebrate at the finishing line in the Hackney Marshes. Feast It has been working with Virgin Sport on this event since 2017, as well as on its Oxford Half Marathon.

Feast It’s management included the preparation of all the contracts and invoices, handling all necessary documentation and power requirements from the suppliers, and sharing their menus with Workspace in a dynamic document. Prior to each weekly event, Feast It produced a precise day event plan, which included the management of all load-in and load-out times of suppliers.  

After each lunch service, we provided Workspace with a detailed sales report which included an analysis of total sales, sales by supplier and sales by time. Throughout the period that Feast It managed these pop-ups, we used this data as a point of reference to continuously improve our offering so that it best suited the particular event demographic.

Pride in London is a day-event held every July in celebration of the LGBTQ+ community. The event is attended by 1.5million people and is held across central London's landmarks such as Trafalgar Square and Leicester Square. Feast It’s event management at Pride included the handling of all logistical operations across the busiest tourist sites in central London. This included overseeing the TEN licence process, and working closely with the GLA and Met Police to enable the delivery of 5x bars across the central London sites. Feast It provided on-site staff at each location to oversee load-in, de-rig, and smooth running of both bar and food operations during the live event.

Native is a student engagement agency that enlisted the help of Feast It to bring their platform to life. Their touring brand activation reached 12,000 students, with our colorful and branded ice-cream van leaving a mark at each University city they visited.

Native approached Feast It to support their brand awareness campaign across 6 Freshers Fairs around the UK in September 2019. Native were looking for a branded ice cream van to take to universities to serve 12,000 students free ice cream in return for engaging with their platform.

An experienced Feast It account manager worked hand in glove with Native, the selected ice cream supplier and our partner wrapping supplier to create a custom wrapped, branded ice cream van in under 10 days. We also managed the application process for those who had already been approached by Hughes Hall & Lucy Cavendish. The suppliers selected offered a variety of cuisine options, covering all dietary requirements, and included a late-night burger supplier and dessert suppliers. Each supplier provided 1,000 medium-sized portions, allowing each guest to experience multiple cuisines throughout the evening.
