Pride in London is a day-event held every July in celebration of the LGBTQ+ community. The event is attended by 1.5million people and is held across central London's landmarks such as Trafalgar Square and Leicester Square. Innovision, the event agency that produces the event, enlisted the help of Feast It to manage their bar and street food offerings.

Feast It’s event management at Pride included the handling of all logistical operations across the busiest tourist sites in central London. This included overseeing the TEN licence process, and working closely with the GLA and Met Police to enable the delivery of 5x bars across the central London sites. Feast It provided on-site staff at each location to oversee load-in, de-rig, and smooth running of both bar and food operations during the live event.
We had unparalleled knowledge of the event demographic thanks to the data we collected at previous events. We used this to improve our offering, adding three more bars to our line-up which included a cocktail trailer in Leicester Square.
Feast It worked in collaboration with our bar partner and Budweiser, the bar sponsor, to deliver a drinks menu that best suited the event attendees. Our large bar set-ups and 100 strong bar team enabled our bars to take over £1,000 per minute at peak times. Our bar management included:
2x 22m bars in Trafalgar Square
1x 10m bar in Leicester Square
1x 5m marquee bar in Leicester Square
1x 5m refrigerated trailer bar in Leicester Square
